Please allow 2-5 working days for deliveries in South Africa. Please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a particular date. For orders that need to be sourced, we provide you with a specific lead time (typically 2-3 working days).
Please allow 2-7 working days for International deliveries.
Please note that a quotation will be provided depending on the weight of your goods, payable VAT at Customs for International purchases, Clearance costs as well as all other costs necessary to deliver the items.

Please check that items are available at the preferred store before finalizing an order, alternatively we can source the products for you.
A 50% charge of Shopping fee will apply should we not find items available.
A quotation will be provided based on either invoice value or distance of travel to the store.

Please provide the Shopper with as much information as possible about your product to get the best possible outcome. We will update you with Price, Availability and Lead Time.
A quotation will be provided for sourcing depending on how many items are required.
