Refilwe Mongwaketse is the vibrant and energetic Founder of Thuma Mina Personal Shopping who originally comes from Kanye, Botswana but currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her career background is in Architecture and the Construction Industry, but she is driven and led by an unrelenting entrepreneurial spirit to do what she loves the most, which is Shopping.

She was born in a family of entrepreneurs, so entrepreneurship has always been a journey she knew she would partake in at some point in her future. Her mission is to inspire and empower people wherever they are by providing them with access to supplies for whatever engagement and personal journeys they want to undertake, in their lives. She believes that what she does empowers other individuals as well as business owners which in turn empowers her. She plans to use her work-life experience to ignite other people’s fires and help them fulfill their dreams, in this journey called Life.

I started Thuma Mina as a way to assist individuals and businesses located outside the borders of South Africa. People who have an interest in shopping in South Africa but either don’t have the time to travel, aren’t able to navigate the streets of South Africa, people looking to save travelling costs or simply aren’t able to, due to many other reasons, among them being the Covid-19 pandemic. Thuma Mina was founded in 2019 but has since evolved in the past year due to the imposed travelling restrictions around the world.

Tsholofelo Ikotlhaeng | Logistics Manager

Tsholofelo Ikotlhaeng is a young lady who hails from Serowe, Botswana. Tsholo serves as our Logistics Manager. As such, she oversees the logistic and distribution services and advises on all matters concerning logistics support. She has a deep passion for providing exceptional customer focused service. She currently holds two Diploma qualifications in Occupational Health Safety and Human Resource Management .

Tsholo is highly self-motivated, results driven and a well-organized professional with experience in logistics and transportation.

Having her on the team is such a privilege as she always ensures that our clients receive their goods on time and in perfect condition.
